Returns
If the diffuser is not what you expected, return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. It needs to be unused and in its original box. Opened fragrance sticks cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
To start a return, write to us from the contact page with your order number. We will send you a return address and instructions. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of the parcel arriving back with us.
Damaged or wrong item
If anything arrives damaged or you received the wrong scent or finish, send us a photo within 7 days and we will replace it at no cost. No need to send the damaged item back.
