A car interior is one of the few spaces most of us still control completely. The seat position, the music, the temperature. Scent was the exception: the only options were a cardboard tree on the mirror or a plastic bottle wedged in the vent, both of them loud, sweet and disposable.
We wanted something that belonged in the cabin the way a good watch belongs on a wrist. So we built the Aelund Vent Diffuser: a slim bar of alloy or solid walnut with a brushed metal inlay, shaped to sit flush in the vent like a piece of trim. It holds a solid fragrance stick, and the airflow does the rest. Nothing drips, nothing swings, nothing shouts.
Two scents, composed properly
Refreshing Ocean is clean, airy and bright: violet leaf, lemon and Sicilian mandarin over lily of the valley and lavender, on a base of amberwood, sandalwood and oakmoss. Tangerine Cologne is bright citrus over soft woods: lemon, mandarin and blackcurrant, lily of the valley and lavender, the same warm base. Both are solid, alcohol-free and never cloying.
